Have It All (released on 8th August 2025) tells the story of a forbidden love and the cost of being  selfish in your choices, explains Dorset based singer songwriter Eva Gadd.

 ‘I don’t want her heart to break, I don’t want to let this go sour for us all’  are the words flowing over Eva’s signature piano keys, while a backdrop of guitar, bass, drums and cello build to bring a light and upbeat mood to this jazz inspired song. The track knits together light and dark though; there’s the playful ‘dare you’ excitement of a new relationship, tempered by whistful uncertainty debating the guilt of betrayal.

From Eva’s solitary piano chords in the intro, the vocal describes a romantic dilemma punctuated by subtle bass and guitar.  Then, masterfully arranged by London based producer, Tom Alford, the full backing kicks in adding waves of sound while Eva’s voice intricately conveys the elements of indie jazz and soul she is becoming known for.  Bass, drums and the featured cello provide a perfect foil to Eva’s  trademark harmonies and the rhythmic strings lend the track yet more tempo, effortlessly adjusting to changes of pace as the thorny question is debated to and fro…. “what made you think we can just have it all?”

Have It All is the 2nd single from Eva Gadd’s upcoming EP set to be released later in 2025.
The British soul songstress who owes her inspiration to the likes of Tom Odell, Olivia Dean and Adele has recently moved to Dorset and is excited about drawing inspiration from the coastline and surrounds for her future projects
